Training With Blueprint
Comprehensive Training Programs
Comprehensive coaching is our solution to holistic athlete development. With over 20 years of strength, conditioning, and technical skills coaching experience, Blueprint Athlete Development has become the industry standard for long-term training.
Every training plan is custom tailored to the individual and blends evidence-based training with years of successful coaching wisdom.
By working directly with our team athletes create the best possible training environment. These programs are proven effective for aspiring youth athletes, downhill World Champions, and World Tour road competitors.
Comprehensive Training Programs begin at $325 per month.
Generic Training Programs
Generic programs are our solution to athlete development on a more modest budget. Blueprint training philosophies and programming designed to improve athleticism and riding position.
Clients are provided with all of the resources, videos, and tools they may need to support their own training. Every plan is tailored to the needs of the modern athlete, with opportunities for modifications and adaptations built within every program.
These training programs are similar in nature to Custom Training Programs, but without the direct interactions between athletes and coaches on a daily basis.
Generic Training Programs begin at $80 per training block.
