Terms of Service

Draft — pending counsel reviewDraft — July 2026

The terms that govern Blueprint Athlete Development programs, bookings, invoicing and this website. This is a working draft prepared for review and approval by legal counsel before launch, and is not final legal advice.

01

About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Blueprint Athlete Development Ltd ("Blueprint") website, client accounts and app, and your participation in our coaching programs. By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02

Who we are

Blueprint Athlete Development Ltd is a mountain-bike coaching company based in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. We provide training plans, skill sessions, physiological and bike testing, racing programs, youth programs and related services, both in person (in the Sea-to-Sky corridor and at race venues) and online.

03

Accounts and accuracy

You must create your account with accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the athlete details you provide, including date of birth, emergency contact and any medical information you choose to share, and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

04

Eligibility and minors

Accounts for a minor must be created and managed by the athlete’s parent or legal guardian. The guardian is responsible for enrollments, consents, payment and for signing waivers on the minor’s behalf. By enrolling a minor you confirm you have the authority to do so.

05

Waivers and assumption of risk

Mountain biking, strength training and related activities are inherently hazardous and can result in serious injury. Participation in any in-person program requires a current, signed waiver for each athlete; for minors this must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. The signed waiver agreements — not this page — govern assumption of risk and release of liability. A current waiver is required before an athlete can participate, and we may refuse or stop participation without one.

06

Programs, enrollment and bookings

Program details, schedules, availability and eligibility are described at the time of enrollment or booking. We may adjust rosters, coaches, schedules and venues where reasonably necessary, including for weather or safety, and will propose alternatives where we can. Coaching is a professional service; we do not guarantee any specific competitive result.

07

Pricing and payment

Program pricing is shown before you confirm an enrollment or booking. Prices are in Canadian dollars and, where applicable, subject to 5% GST. We do not process card payments on this website. When you confirm, an invoice is generated in QuickBooks Online, tied to your customer record, and emailed to you; you pay that invoice through QuickBooks Online. Payment terms appear on the invoice. Enrollment or participation may be conditional on payment in good standing.

08

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Cancellation, change and refund terms for a program are confirmed at the time of registration and, where applicable, on your invoice. Weather, venue or safety changes may require rescheduling; we will always try to propose alternatives first. Where a session cannot be delivered and cannot be rescheduled, any applicable credit or refund follows the terms provided at registration.

09

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website, accounts and app only for their intended purpose and lawfully. You will not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt or probe our systems, upload harmful content, or misuse the services. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these terms or risks the safety of athletes, staff or our systems.

10

Intellectual property

The Blueprint name, brand, website, app, training materials and content are owned by Blueprint or its licensors and are provided for your personal use in connection with our services. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our programs or materials without our permission.

11

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it to understand what we collect and how we use, protect and share it.

12

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and separate from and in addition to the signed waiver agreements, Blueprint is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, app or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing here overrides or reduces the effect of the signed waiver agreements, which govern injury and risk.

13

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada, and you agree to the courts of British Columbia as the place to resolve disputes, without affecting any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
